Tuesday down CA-99 from Red Bluff to Fresno.  Wednesday the rest of the way down CA-99 to the bottom of the central valley and then I-5 over the Grapevine to I-210 and home in Pasadena.

Tuesday night was an Airbnb in Fresno.  Tonight is my own bed.  Weather was windy and hot though not too hot.  Lighted signs warned of gusty winds at the summit of Tejon Pass on the Grapevine.  Those materialized on the downward side of the mountains.  High speed downhill in gusty crosswinds is no fun on a tall lightweight bike.  It helps to down shift so the throttle can be opened to power through the wind.


Parked the bike in the garage on its side stand and the front end drooped to the side.  It looked kind of sad.
